What qualifies for a return?

Our guarantee here at The Better Store means if you are not satisfied with your order let us know within 15 days and we will give you a stress-free refund. 

Just send through a picture of the product and return what you purchased from us in it's original condition and we will process the full refund. Buyer is responsible for any return costs.

Orders in transit cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be credited back until the item has been returned to us and inspected.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect or damaged?

Did you receive a faulty or wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our Customer Support team (Contact Us Page) to start the return process.

Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
